My Favorite LCD Projector

Projection screens are one thing you will also want to look at when buying an LCD projector. Simply put it is a blank canvas that when used with a digital projector can display the image properly for your area of the home you have set up. Kind of like projector lamps there are a variety of screens out there that can come in different styles: various sizes, materials and formats. When looking at projection screens, most often they come in two types: front projection and rear projection. Front screens reflect light back into the projector. Rear projection screens diffuse light through the surface out to the viewing audience on the other side of the screen. Take note of these when going to the store. Also when at the store tell the clerk that you want a screen that is free from staining or discoloration and is efficient in reflectivity. Wall and ceiling screens may be best for you if your projection application is permanent. Most often though if you want to move your viewing area to different parts of the home then a portable screen is a better choice. Don't fret though if you are worried about spending so much money on the projector itself, and then buying the screen, because manual screens are very reasonable when it comes to pricing.
